Unfortunately we can not cancel or change orders because the order information spreads to many different systems too fast (Klarna, Logistics, PostNord). Please use the Return option. This is the easiest and fastest solution!
How can I return products?
To submit products for return, you must log in. If you do not have an account, you can create one with the email address used for the purchase. Your order will be linked automatically.
- Navigate to Order History within My Pages
- Select the order with the products you would like to return
- Click on Return Products
You must deliver and send the package through a PostNord (Mypack) delivery point.
Always take care of the delivery receipt when returning, it is your proof that you have sent the package.
If you have chosen to pay by invoice, it is important that you have the invoice due date postponed. You do this easily by downloading the Klarna app.
